Here is a brief description of preparation...

At first, deep-fried pork belly is prepared, and then the rear end of the Chinese broccoli is cut in diagonal slices, and then the leafy portion is sliced in long thin strips. The red peppers are also cut diagonally.

Then the garlic is crushed, and then the oil is heated, garlic and sugar are added, and the oil is heated and for 15 secs that fry the garlic.

Moo Krob slices are added stirred till the entire solution gets hot.

Then oyster sauce and the dark sweet soya sauce is added along with light soy sauce and sugar. The solution is stirred, till it turns into a thick bubbling gravy.

Now the pork is added and stirred once again, till the entire food turns a bit blackish. However, it is not stirred in direct heat for more than 30 seconds. Residual heat is used for stirring, so that the cut Kana that is added as well does not crispy, but remains soft.
